Kiaran is an experienced Clinical Psychologist who provides psychological therapy and assessment services. She works with people of all ages, both in-person and via secure video call where appropriate. Kiaran can assist with the management of a range of mental health needs and draws on a variety of therapies to tailor an approach to best suit the unique needs of each individual client.

Kiaran has a particular interest in supporting people of all ages (children, teens, adults and families of all forms) to navigate complex trauma, including the implications of trauma for attachment, emotional regulation, behaviour, mental health, relationships and parenting. She can assist with trauma processing and related mental health needs; skill-building for managing big emotions and behaviours; understanding and processing life story work; supporting families to process shared traumas and strengthen child-parent relationships; and promoting parents' ability to develop an attuned, responsive and trauma-informed approach to parenting.

Kiaran is a Board-Approved Supervisor able to provide peer supervision and supervision to psychologists working towards endorsement.

There are also several cafes nearby for a coffee before or after sessions, and the Hove Foodland is across the road.
