Kiaran is an experienced Clinical Psychologist who provides psychological therapy and assessment services. She works with people of all ages, both in-person and via secure video call where appropriate. Kiaran can assist with the management of a range of mental health needs and draws on a variety of therapies to tailor an approach to best suit the unique needs of each individual client.
Kiaran has a particular interest in supporting people of all ages (children, teens, adults and families of all forms) to navigate complex trauma, including the implications of trauma for attachment, emotional regulation, behaviour, relationships and parenting; trauma processing and related mental health needs; understanding and processing life story work; assisting families to process shared traumas and strengthen child-parent relationships; and supporting parents to develop an attuned, responsive and trauma-informed approach to parenting.
Kiaran is a Board-Approved Supervisor able to provide peer supervision and supervision to psychologists working towards endorsement.

  • By car:           Parking is available in both the front and rear carparks. KT Psychology Services adjoins The Sanctuary at Hove and is near the Hove Foodland (opposite side of Brighton Rd). There are cafes nearby for a coffee before or after your session, or while your child is having their session.

  • By train:       Take the Seaford line, get off at Hove station, walk 450m along Brighton Rd 

  • By bus:       Stop 33 is right out front 

Entry to KT Psychology Services is via the rear carpark, by appointment only.  Please take a seat in the waiting room and Kiaran will meet you for your appointment.
